Our cookies are made in small batches and are always shipped out fresh.

Shipping Information:

Orders are all shipped Priority Mail to assure freshness and prompt delivery.

Returns:

If you feel your cookies are not fresh upon arrival you must ship them back to us within 48 hours of receipt & NB's will either replace them with a duplicate order or NB's will issue a credit for you to use at a later date. You must pay for return shipping but your replacement will be shipped at our expense.
